I dot know how to record my water. I drink 2-3 liters a day. and I dont know how to count that. Any help????

Yeah. I actually want to lose about 10 more pounds. It seems harder to lose the weight now. Even though I exercise and eat around 1200-1500 calories a day I still dont lose. Is that normal? Or is my metabolism just really slow?

It is really not possible to target one area to lose weight in. You can tone that area by doing exercises for your core but you cant really only pick that location to lose weight in.

SO I was doing really good. I had lost 8 pounds. But this weekend I dont know what happened. I just lost it.... I just could not get full off of anything I ate :( ....so Now I need to get back on track!!! GRRRRRR

I am very pleased with this week. I went over my calories (by about 300-400 calories) 3 days in a row but I was working out as well. I weighed in today and I have gone down .8. It does not sound much but after my plateau at 145 I am glad that I am down to 140 and hopefully next week I will be in the 130's. I have to look…

I like running or ai like using the treadclimber..its really low impact but burns a lot of calories

This weigh in actually motivated me to go to the gym today. Its really COLD!!! Last wed- 144.8. TODAY's weight 141.4 LOSS of 3.4 pounds!!!! :) :) MIAMI here I come! :P Congrats everyone on the big numbers...keep them coming

My BMR is 1498. I am 5'7 and now weigh 142. Should I eat 1000 calories a day I know I should eat more on the days I exercise. I also I know everyone is saying 1200 is the starvation mode. Since I am eationg around 1200 calories a day should I cut it down to 1000? Could this be the reason its so so so hard for me to lose…

if u work out then thats good because it builds muscle. If not try reducing the amount of meat, bread, or legumes

Georgia should have played that game... Even though we had 2 losses we still could have beat LSU or OSU. But no need to cry over spilled milk. Hopefully we do it next yr!
