I'm super late here, but I just bought a wahoo tickr and there is no choice to connect to mfp in their app.. And I get the same issue as the op, the app option to connect to wahoo from here just redirects to wahoos website.

Thanks everyone for all the useful info, I appreciate it!

Ok one more question then I'm done. Would it be accurate if I disconnected Runkeeper from everything, turned off negative calorie adjustment, and just let the Fitbit do its thing? TIA.

Thank you so much, heybales! I appreciate all your knowledge, as well as your informative explanations. I just chose sedentary because I work 3 days a week and that is strictly a desk job with no additional exercise, so I wanted to err on the safe side. I am probably lightly active the other 4 days. And regarding…

Thanks for your reply, but I'm still confused. The exercise calories were from runkeeper. I figured all 3 apps worked together. By the time I went to bed fitbit took away 295 cal. So for a day of having 16,000 steps I only earned 177 calories. I was doing light chores around the house all evening , I would have thought I…

I went for two walks today, one alone and one with the dogs. Instead of earning 426 exercise calories like I usually would, I am only getting 281. Does this figure change as the day progresses? If so, I'm disabling it! I like to know how many calories I have for the whole day after my morning jog/walk so that I can plan…

Thank you so much for the helpful link!! I was scared to eat the "calorie adjustment" calories back from Fitbit. I'm almost at my goal weight so I'm trying to keep my logging tight.

So I should keep RunKeeper AND the FitBit synced to mfp? I don't log any type of workout or exercise on the FitBit, I just let it count my steps. Runkeeper has always seemed to pretty much accurately log my walks/jogs so I would like to stick with that app too. I have my activity level set to sedentary.

That does make sense, and thanks for the response. I guess my confusion is why would FitBit only give me an extra 90 calories for a 5 mile walk? Runkeeper gave me about 400 calories, I just don't get it!!

Me too! Same exact issue, logged me off on my Android, but it works just fine on my desktop. Also saying my password is wrong, which it's not.

It happens to everyone at one point or another. I know I have done it plenty of times, and by more than 800 calories! Like you said, nothing you can do but just start over the next day and forget about it, I highly doubt that a lousy 800 calories is going to hinder your progress.

I have had the Mirena for 4 years (love it!) It has not had any effect on my weight loss, and I did not gain any weight from it.

Hi! Welcome, I am new myself and also looking to lose 20 lbs. I jog 30 minutes a day and love to walk and bike ride. I also have a hard time resisting the snacks, my weaknesses are of course the sweets, but mainly the carbs. Good Luck to you, we can do this!!!
