Thanks for all the responses :) my TDEE is coming out as 1855 which seems really high :-/ . Im struggling with the 500 cal days Im averaging at 600 at the moment but I think this is just getting used to what I can eat. Ill check out all the resources mentioned and have a look at my protein :)

i'm on 1200 calories, i'm averageing about 1300 but sometimes i'm under my 1200 with no exercise added. i dont put running after the kids as a normal exercise as its what i do but today is a once in a blue moon thing. my normal excerise is walking i dont workout. some days with some meals i just need extra calories for…

are you putting down your exercise thats how i get calories back, remember even walking is exercising add it all up x
