Just a quick question. the calories I burn using accupedo can they be put down in my exercises as I don't get this whole accupedo calories and mfp calories. I just want to know if there usable or not. thanks :)

I've came back
I stopped doing mfp for a while but now I feel so rubbish about myself because I know I've gained but I'm to scared to weigh myself. I seem to have zero confidence or will power but I have my holiday in july. I'm trying to stay focused but I'm finding it very hard. Help me people xx
