Just a quick question.
the calories I burn using accupedo can they be put down in my exercises as I don't get this whole accupedo calories and mfp calories. I just want to know if there usable or not.

    Of coarse!

    It should show you how many calories you burned; speed of walking and distance walked.

    You can manually enter this info.

    i.e.:
    Walking, 3.5mph; 220 calories, 1 hr
