  • I started about three weeks ago at 229. I'm below 220 lbs at this time. My goal weight is 175-180 lbs. This website makes tracking exercise and diet easy! I walked 45 minutes this morning. Brrrrr, it's cold, for Southern California, anyways.

  • Too much protein strains the kidneys. To avoid that, I am eating a lot of egg whites. If you put eggs out in the open, they don't smell as bad as meat after a few days. My cardiologist told me this story. Egg whites are more bio-available than meat -- better quality protein.
