If you feel like you need to do all the workouts but only want to do 5 days, just take that extra workout and put it into one of your shorter cardio days. So maybe do the core 20 on a HIIT day or something like that

It really depends on your body type (frame) and how much muscle you have. It also depends on how skinny you want to be. I have weighed 130 and I looked good! I am 5'4". Now that I am older I think 140 would be best for me

Hi All, Today I am planning on HIIT 20 and Sculpt 30. How often do you throw in the abs DVD? I really feel that my abs are a problem area for me and need extra attention. I am on week 5 and we only do them once a week. should I do them more?

I'm on week 6 of TurboFire and I love it! I haven't been 100 % consistent with the workouts and my food intake has been all over the place.
