Hi all! I am new to BBL and I did my first day and my leggs and butt were so sore! I am still in my first week but haven't been able to do all of the workouts because of soreness. Anyone else doing BBL starting within the past couple of weeks?
I am on week 5. I have noticed a lot of inches lost but not a lot of lbs. Is this because I am not really good at sticking to my diet? Anyone else feel really hungry all day after doing turbofire? Do you stick with the turbofire diet or just counting calories?
