  • Calorie deficit will always yield weight loss. Doing more cardio will burn more calories initially, but adding weight training will help with losing fat and building muscle that burns more calories.
  • -Epsom Salt bath. -Grapeseed Extract is known to help with soreness. -Myofascial release with foam roller. These have helped me! Make sure you stretch for at least 15 seconds (each muscle group) after working out.
  • No. I myself am a Personal Trainer and hold myself to a higher standard. I can understand if a trainer just had a baby and they're losing the baby weight. A trainer needs to be a role model for their clients both in knowledge and physical appearance.
  • Are you eating before you workout? Protein & carb before you workout will help hypoglycemia symptoms. I usually eat a protein shake and banana.
