Someone help me out here ..please My BMR is 1620 My TDEE is 2219 (i've said i am slightly active workout 2/3 times a week) So I take my TDEE - 15% = 1887? Is this what i eat each day of the week regardless of if i work out or not???

Oh right i didn't read it like that at all? I do kettlebells and was interested in the post and from what i read it was to lose weight if you done the math and deducted the 300 cals from the final figure - and it would result in a slow but progressive weekly weight loss ??? Very confused now!

its been a while now since this was first posted. Are there any people out there that can say that eating this many cals per day actually works i.e. that they are losing weight each week? Thanks

Thanks Mac i'm deffo going to up my cals by 200 per day for first week and see how i go - need to work out how to change my cals on MFP now ;oO

HI yes 1200 cals does that seem about right? Seems not much to me? Do i eat any of the extra cals earned from exercise?

One of my fave's is a tub of creme fraiche add 3 teaspoons of curry powder to a little hot water to disolve and then add tablespoon of mango chutney to this and mix with the creme fraiche. Cover chicken breast in the mixed creme fraiche and eithe bake in the oven on tin foil or you can cook it under the grill. This is a…
