I'll second the magnesium already suggested. That stuff has worked great for me. Just be sure to start on a pretty low dose and increase it over time as needed or you might run into some unpleasant issues.

I take calcium if I find I haven't had enough for the day. Also, vitamin D because I live in Seattle and my doctor always recommends it.

I'm 5'2", currently 122 lbs, and have a goal of 110. My highest weight more recently was 128 and before that the highest I've ever been is around 135. Anyone can add me as a friend!

I was Paleo for a couple of years, didn't track my calories, just tried to eat healthy. Request sent! Even though I'm not doing strict Paleo anymore but I did learn some good habits from it such as eating more vegetables and healthy fats. It's something I hope to keep up even with the change in my dietary plans.
