I was forced to drink full cream milk that was curdled when I was 5 - ever since then I can't bear to put it in my mouth let alone swallow... I just want to throw up thinking about it. I have several big phobias am working on them, not much luck so far but I thought this one might be a little easier to handle...

I was taken out for a meal and had EXACTLY what I wanted, to the tune of 2,000 calories. I upped my exercise for the next few days and BAM!!! lost 2 lbs and have been losing steadily ever since. I left my last job due to bullying and then my partner was emotionally abusive to me - I am currently attempting to organise accomodation so I can get out completely. Mine are: Hydrophobia - fear of water Acrophobia - fear of heights (no, not vertigo, that's dizziness at heights) Makes my life hell, I can tell you. I never flew until my mid 50's, I love flying, scared of actually getting on a plane though!!

I just stole a recipe for banana pancakes, it might be good for you if you can manage it....mash one banana and add to 2 beaten eggs, spoon mixture into a medium hot frying pan (a good non stick one means no oil/fat) and turn, eat while hot. It makes a really lovely change and its so quick and easy!! Good luck xxx

Well done with the weight loss - I'm in pretty much the same boat as you are. I am joining a gym and up till now my only exercise is walking, walking, walking. I had a cheat meal, just over 2,000 calories but then I spent the rest of the weekend walking and stayed in my calories every day - I never gained that week.....and it was worth it!! I needed the treat....
