Is there a different milk for me out there??
I've never been able to drink cows milk - bad experience as a 5yr old - and can only take it as rice pudding or custard. I'd love to try a milk but am worried about the thick/clingy texture of cows milk and also not sure about it being white... Any ideas to help please? No therapy suggestions please, I've tried 'em all!

6 months in - 55lbs lost. Not bad for a 64yr old!!
I am feeling really good about my progress thus far. I set myself a goal of 10lbs a month and, apart from a month long plateau, I have achieved that goal.... I need advice regarding exercise
Hi there, I'm 64, weigh 276lbs and have never taken any real form of exercise. I have started walking but feel I need to do more. I'd love to join a gym but at my age and weight (I'm also a wimp, lol) I dread the thought of actually finding what I need - not that I know what that is... any advice for me please?

Does it matter when I eat??
I'm pretty confused right now - no weight loss for over a month. I have upped my carb intake as well as my exercise which I thought might help, its too soon to say if it has BUT I was trawling through the posts people put on here and I read that you shoudl eat your carbs earlier in the day to allow the exercise to burn it…
