Oh and GOOD LUCK :D

Do it!! I did the Scotland one and it was AMAZING! I trained by running about 5 miles 3x a week and a longer run (maybe 8miles) once plus loads of circuits in the gym. So press ups, squats, ab works (10 each of 10 types of each is a good place to start). Just keep working hard and you'll be fine, I thought I was miles off…

Make the most of having loads of people who will want to work out too. I'm working this summer and trust me it is harder to lose weight whilst working than when you're at uni!! Absolutely second walking to get groceries. You'll also buy less as you have to carry it home :)
-
I did the scotland one, it was wicked!! Message me for advice if you need, my team qualified for the worlds toughest mudder so we must have done something right :)

Uk size 10 or US?

Toning and lose a stone or so (14lbs if you're not english :P). Add me if you need support, I'm about the same weight as you. But you look about the same as me which seems pretty unfair given that I'm a good 6 inches taller!

Spinach, fruit (strawberries or blueberries), porridge

I use anadin joint pain ibuprofen. Just take one an hour or so before. A knee support has really helped too, can't recommend those enough!
-
I agree with the person who said you may be better off with one with a more supportive top. I still find triangle tops are an absolute nightmare and I'm not as big as you up top! Your best bet is to go out and buy a more supportive top that will be far more flattering. I saw some lovely ones at figleaves.com or vs do one…

Wow! You look fantastic!

MFP stars out pu*sy now. Amazing. What if I want to talk about cats?!

Oh come on, remove the stigma from obesity by banning terms that have negative connotations such as 'fat' and you will only exacerbate the obesity epidemic. It's far better overall for fat people to be told they're fat so they do something about it than for people to *****-foot around terms that could be labelled…

Tell everyone your goal then you have to do it or admit you didn't!

I'm in the UK as well and we get told about things like breathing and meditation to control anxiety. It works too, I took up yoga and it's really good!
-
Lipton apple cinnamon is a personal favourite but I am also partial to a nice mug of twinings green tea with cranberry :)

I'm 19 and in my second year of engineering at uni. Oh, and I like cats :P

I take exams off and if I'm properly ill. I don't always log everything because it can get pretty time consuming but I have a rough idea of how many calories I've had and I rarely go over unless it's planned (social events, etc.) and even then make sure I stay under my bmr.

I'm 5'10 and aiming for about 9 stone then maybe go lower. It's the lower end of a healthy weight range but I'm just under 10 stone now and I still look pretty well rounded so it should be fine!
-
I'm lactose intolerant and vegetarian so just talk about how amazing stuff looks then don't eat it because I can't. Works a charm!

Interview with a Vampire? Come one...that was AWFUL.
-
I'm 19 (nearly 20 so close enough :P), 5'10 and just under 140lbs. I don't know what my goal weight is yet but probably go to 126lbs and then re-evaluate. Actually, I don't really care what I weigh, my aim is to get fit and toned for a tough mudder in july and then maybe a half marathon later on! Training 5-6 days a week…

You can lose the weight but he can't have a total personality transplant.
-
1 and 2 look a bit short for a wedding. I'd go with 3 but if it's really formal 4 would be better!
-
The fat on your arms and legs will go as you lose more weight :) Until then, maybe try something like swimming so you have some muscle tone to reveal, or if you're self conscious in a swimsuit something like running on a treadmill should help too.

Celery and salsa with a pack of oatcakes and a couple of satsumas. You can also take a frozen alpro soya dessert pot, they're delicious and still cool by lunchtime if it needs to defrost (like it would make it to lunchtime when it's so yummy frozen :P).

And I picked my camera purely based on how indestructible it is.

I broke 2 old nokias in less than a month. Record?

I think the trouble is that the medical term 'binge' when associated with an eating disorder is a certain number of calories in a specific time period, coupled with a feeling of a total lack of control over what is being eaten. Unfortunately the word 'binge' has now taken on a different, non-medical meaning of eating more…

I'd like smaller boobs for exercise and triangle bikinis and then they could grow back :P
