I have not figured out a proper dismount yet. But my husband laughs at me every time. And I laugh at myself. Its good to get a good laugh in at the gym.

Major fail this weekend. Saturday I did okay, but Sunday and Monday I did not log and ate whatever I wanted. Weekends are my downfall. Would love to hear everyone's successful weekend ideas!

My exercise calories are already factored in. So I eat 1700 everyday no matter what.

There also needs to be balance though. You need to allow yourself peanut butter m&m cookies sometimes. Don't beat yourself up about it.

I feel like almost everyday of my life is like this for me...almost. I ate a taco in bed when I got home today, it was a low point.

Pure cardio is a killer!!! Loving it all.

Traveling push-ups were the hardest for me, couldn't get the rhythm down. But my HRM said I burned 498 calories! Yay!
