depends on how long ago your snack was. if it's been a couple of hours, i would fuel up with dinner first, then walk. i prefer to eat, wait 1/2 hour- 45 min, then exercise.

wow! thanks for the replies! it only occurs when I eat fast food, which is rare. therefore I will avoid fast food at all cost, especially since there's truly no excuse. and I will change my numbers back. thank you for that, betrayal.

I'm a SAHM too! Isn't it such an easy concept?! I find it only works though if i'm diligent about keeping track of what I eat, and inputting things *before* I eat them (that's gotten me out of doritos, a big mac.... i just looked at the numbers and said "Ugh!
