I could eat breakfast for every meal! Big breakfasts are super awesome some of the time! I love oatmeal, greek yogurt, banana, hemp hearts , and walnuts all mixed up... in fact i think it's time for second breaky right now..... drool....

Hi! I'm 5'5" too. I started at 165 last February. Slow and steady has been the way to go for me. I set my calorie deficit to lose 2lbs a week for the first couple of months (1450). i LOVE handrolls! i used to get Miso soup all the time, thinking it was a healthy choice - it is *ridiculously* high in sodium. Off the charts high.

Mcdonald's has a side garden salad that I get now instead of fries. fresh veg topped with a bit of grated cheese. it's perfect. comes with balsamic dressing - but it's really high in sugars.
