HELP! I'm in withdrawal....

I have a confession...
Supper tonight shows up in my diary at about 600 calories. A Big Mac. and an apple. But truthfully, it rang in at about 1300 calories: Big Mac, Junior Chicken, Small Fry, 5 TimBits and the apple. What do you have your activity level set to? I'm not sure if I should be set to light active or active. If you're set to 'active', do you log things such as cleaning, or is that assumed to be part of an active lifestyle. Or do you only log actual "exercise"?

WHY?! I had a good supper! In fact all of the suppers I eat are generally good. So why do I feel hungry half an hour after eating?

I simply canNOT believe it! I just put my daughter's uneaten Christie Chunks Ahoy cookies BACK IN THE BAG!!! Pre-MFP I most certainly would have eaten them (and a few more!!!). ~w ;)
