If you're not exercising and building muscle then it'll get turned into fat and the person will be gaining weight instead of losing.

It's actually kind of true. You're body won't use it. Now if you're body building then it would probably come in handy, but I doubt that's what you're doing. Protein is used to repair the cells and that's why it's useful for people who are trying to build muscle. :smile:

You might just be gaining muscle, since you're exercising, and muscle weighs more than fat. Try measuring your inches and see if you're losing there. :smile:

My thoughts exactly! I wish I had someone to just put a plate infront of me when it's eating time that contained exactly what I needed. I think it would be much easier! :) I don't know much about this challenge. Do I have to buy the book or can I find enough details online? I'm interested in doing this. :)
