  • Just wanted to encourage you guys. I started the C25k last year (second attempt - first only managed to get to week 2!). I'm now running 6 miles or so twice a week, with a running club training session once a week. I was training for a half marathon, got up to 9 miles, but I think it was a little bit too much too soon.…
  • I have this! Just seen the thread so a bit late for me to join in but definitely would like to next week. I've been thinking about what I can do on the days I don't run so a bit of Dance Central might be fun :D
