Yes! i dont like the feeling but in a way im like yes! i no longer will be eating bad food!

yes i am! seeing's as I just ate 900 calories worth of Pablo's Mexican Grill.. but chicken quesadilla.. i started and couldnt stop..i havent gone over my calories by much at all.. so one day won't hurt!

i've done some pilates and i loved it!

alright i'll give it a try! that's another thing.. not to much of a runner.. i try and i just can't keep going.. i can run about half a mile.. and my gym doesnt offer classes! :(

good luck! i'm trying to lose 12 lbs as well! i'm 5'4...137 is where i am and i want to be at 125 again! ha and im with ya with never wearing a bikini! i'd love to join a "bikini" diet with you!

I'll be giving up chocolate and continuing to not drink pop! And makin sure that I keep recording my food everyday on MFP and exercise 5 days a week!
