Eating too few calories will lead to muscle loss. Increase your calorie intake upto 1600 - 1800 for a week and check your weight and BF%.

30DS is a good workout and has awesome results. I agree with pp 1200 calorie is a little less. Start with 1500 if you can. Eating too less will have an impact on your body fat %.

You will do it! 5 bad days are not too bad. The decision to stop it ... is what matters. Tomorrow is a new day. You can do it.

I have set the same goals. Always overeating on the carbs and falling short on protein. Would love to know this menu.
