Water weight????

I am new to mfp and this was my first week. I weighed myself today and lost 10 pounds. Is this just water weight? I'm kind of confused if I am doing everything right. Any advice would be appreciated :)

    Yes it is water weight.

    Also: you are eating WAYYYY too little (under 1,200/daily?). If you are going to continue on, you will also lose lean body mass, and I assume it is fat you want to lose, right?
  • Yes. I just feel like I am eating all day even when I'm not hungry.

    Eating too few calories will lead to muscle loss. Increase your calorie intake upto 1600 - 1800 for a week and check your weight and BF%.
