If it helps I struggle with my knees and I take Glucosamine & chondroitin and thats really helps me. You can buy them from most supermarkets in the uk. It doesnt work stright away but after a couple of weeks of taking them I see a real change. Hope this helps!!

Thank you for your post, it's nice to know that I'm not the only one. I think the worst mistake I made was not to go out and buy new clothes, because maybe when they were getting a bit tight I could have done something. I also find that the time just flew by and I don't remember eating that much LOL
