This has been something I have struggled with. In the end I've decided to go about this slowly. I have my calories set to one lb a week and I eat back all of my exercise calories. I end up eating about 1800 cal a day on the days I workout. And I like being able to eat this much. The only drawback is that when I have dieted…

Well, I guess I should add that I am 5'4" and weigh about 190. MFP has me at about 1200. That is what I try to stick to plus eat back my workout calories.

I stopped drinking caffeine years ago and only drink water. I drink tons of water on a daily basis!
