  • I cannot drink water from a glass/cup. but a bottle 8 a day easy some times 10. i also think the trick is to drink other stuff between waters - i have ta, coffee,green tea, hot and cold squashand fresh juice. this helped me when i 1st started - 1 glass/ half bottle of water , earnt me a tea or what ever i wanted

  • yea i noticed these yesterday in the salad section they do salad pots with diffrent leaves and dressing in a packet so u dont have to add, get a bit of chicken or sumthink like that from deli conter and there you go !!
  • ok i think it means you need to switch up ur diet and exercise as ur body gets into a routine and is used to what you are doing!! so change a few things like the type of exercise and time you do it for and adjust ur calories cut out certain foods, when i cut of caffine i lost almost a stone in 3 weeks. hope this helps

  • lushy we have just fallen out lol coffee is so lush is made correct ! baked beans are high in iron, i asked my nurse why i crave baked beans when its time of month and she said its because my body is craving iron intake and they have loads of it!! brocoli and cabage is also reli good xxx

  • my trainer get me to lay on the floor or ball, hold arms up in the air clamp hand together find a point on the ceiling and reach for the point on the ceiling. i have found this give me a better workout as it works you sides aaswell as centre abs oh and not to mention your arms!
