Hi I have nerve damage in my lower back and server migraine semi controlled by anti eplipic meds , just had a brain scan to see if they can do anything else.I've been here since 2010 had the nerve damage since 2005 but didn't Know until I had a relapse in 2014. So feel free to add me or inbox me

It will depend if you logg your work outs or court them as your daily routine ?

I use a heart rate monitor and for 70 min medium setting on Wii u I got 89% 5stars and monitor said 611 but last week was 646 for 46 mins so I think it depends on you on the day aswell and how hard u need to push.

No coffee for a month , and upped my water intake. Plus getting back to exercise after a back injury put me out for 9 months so each workout I add a little and its a new nsv :smiley:

The day after my body pump class i always weigh more and drink so much then on the evening im running to pee every 5 mins but by the next day everything is back to normal. think maybe you have water weight in your thighs, get on the water to flush it out.

you should try a class like body pump to start with. i hate weights in the gym, but cannot get me out of pump class. and best of all you don't have to know what your doing - you get taught!

I totally feel the same im down 35lbs and 1-2 dress sizes ( depends on make) . went i look down i see a difference - my knees are smaller, my ankles thinner, can feel my collar bone, friend say they can see a difference but when u look at pictures there is none but they do say the camera adds pounds ?? plus i hate pictures…

why cook it at all ?? if its got blood its not cooked and should not be eaten that is what separates the animal from the meat the bleeding.

I started 30ds 3x and got to dayb7 ~8 and gave up it just bores me to be honest just doesn't keep my brain engaged and cannot do it . the 1st 4 days are the worse then it got better, I'll give it another ago if for nothing else but a change in my routine.

I weigh after i get up and pee and have my kids ( 7 yr old girl and 9 yr old boy ) following me round house so its pjs for me at a push bra and pants if my sons not around. ( not a prude but getting to that age and starting sex ed at school)

Im going to say it will depend on what type of zumba class you are doing ?? tone or just zumba ? you will lose more doing zumba than tone. tips dont worry about looking silly, take plenty of water and go pee pee before the class starts.
