Hello everyone, my name is Cheryl. My goal is to lose 24 pounds by labor day. I would like to make my eating habits a life style change and also work out a lot more. Thank you for this challenge group.

Not sure how many calories you burn doing a a full body workout with just 5lb weights. I do manage to get in at least 3000-6000 steps a day.

I try to keep almonds at my desk or an apple. I drink at least 8-12 oz's of water with my snack. This seems to work for me.

08/07/14-2 miles 44.5 left. Need to step up the miles.

8/4/14 got a mile & a half in. 47.5 more to go.

8/1/14- 1 mile. Very busy weekend, was not able to walk or run. 8/04/14-shooting for a 5 mile walk.
