I think you should try theese things, no beef, lean meat only, such as chicken and pork w/o any fat on either. Eat more often 4 to 6 times a day depending on your weight if your 250 to 300 lbs try to get the 6 times down, if your over that try to eat 6 to 8 times a day (naturally you have more kcals to burn).
