I still eat fast food once in a while but I am very selective of what I pick. I can't stand biscuits and gravy, fried hash browns, greasy eggs, hamburgers, fried potatoes or fried anything else. I do like some Mexican food still, turkey burgers or veggie burgers, chili over pasta, at places that serve that.

Sounds like you got it! No need to go into starvation but eat healthy and just enough until your comfortable. Keep exercising but not over do it in the beginning. Scales may or may not drop but most of all the fitting of your clothes tell it all! Way to go! :wink:

I just go with craving but in moderation. Not every month is like this - just certain ones. Once you get a portion of the craving out of your system - don't feel guilty let it go. I am pear shape too. I would suggest the last one because you want attention to a visually busy bust, in order to draw away attention from the pear shape bottom. I usually wear dark colors on bottoms to not over emphasize my pear shape butt.

If this is the kind of guy you want to spend the rest of your life with, then what you see will be magnified 10X after marriage. You will have to accept that there will be several times you will be going solo in the future. Depends HOW important it is too you. Something to consider.

Me too! I am not always 100% perfect but I try when I am there. I am a 42 year old, extremely busy Mom.

Lot of people do have good results. It can be hard to some with injuries. Depends on how young your body is. You can do research by typing "30 day shred" in the SEARCH box under the tab "Community." That should pull up all kinds community board discussions.
