I do tofu tacos. I just put the crumbled firm tofu in the pan and sautee up with taco spices. Yum.

So knees are still on the outs, so I went really low impact today on 55EZ. But I hit it as hard as I possibly could with my arms. I thought for sure my burn would be lower leaving out my legs, but I was sweating all over the place and my HRM says a whopping 712 calories. omg!

Yes I have them and am in for the long haul! I am going to do all 20 weeks. (middle of week 6 currently). After that I would like to do Chalean Extreme or the hybrid program.
