I leg pressed 220lbs last night

I run 30 minutes days a week (up to 35 minutes this week) because I'm training for a marathon, I also lift heavy 4-5 days a week (5 if I skip yoga, 4 if I make it to yoga)

It's true and I think the hardest part is getting out of our own minds.

We are doing the tough mudder training on their site it's awesome

I'm back on eating well today. It was just a slip, no beating myself up here!! I'm not dropping calories by any means after adding my work outs on MFP my calories go up to between 1650-2300 so higher than they were.

Tough mudder training is 35 Minutes

I do Zwow on YouTube 3 days a week and tough mudder hiit 2 days a week and lift 5 days a week (I run 4 days a week too)

Oh I love running when it's in the 20s it was 3 degrees this morning so I stayed home and did tough mudder training. I have a 15 degree or higher rule. If you have to run inside I would do an incline my treadmill won't go lower than 1.5 incline and it's challenging

I have always been really into the scale, it just doesn't work for me I have to eat below900 cal a day to drop pounds

Jamie Eason live fit is good, i also do Zwow on YouTube and run. My form is good though because I once dreamed of a procard before kids
