I'm currently TDEE and seeing great gains in how much I can lift, how fast my mile is, cardio-endurance for cycle/swim, and minor weight gain. Goal Weight - Still want to lose fat - build muscle
Hi! I'm below my goal weight! I'm ready to think about transitioning to a maintenance diet BUT I still would like to lose fat because I feel like I have some serious fat in my belly to lose. Marathon
I have my first Marathon in 6 weeks (as in I race in 6 weeks from yesterday). I know I can run the 26 miles, I'm worried I won't be able to finish in time (6 hours), I ran 19 miles in 4:50 yesterday which will NOT cut it...I'm speed training, lifting 2x a week, running a l o t...what am I missing??

I'm a runner- today I went for a 6 mile run. My Fitbit charge hr said 6.6 miles Fitbit app 5.6 miles Drove the run 6.3 miles When I finished my run the Fitbit uploaded as 5.6 with 6.6 of movement (I got up at 5 & ran I didn't do anything else). Has anyone else ever dealt with this

2012, 10 months, same weight, new body
I weigh 141.8, started at 142, I am not done but I feel good I have lost over 15 inches off my bust, waist, hips with muscle gains in my legs and arms. I have gone from a weezy 16 min mile to a 9:45 mile, I can lift weights, do hiit, run and still keep up with my kids. So ignore the scale
