Another calorie question
I was losing at 1900 cal/day figured I would drop it to 1300-1500 and lose more but i gained 4 lbs!!!! So do I bump to 1900/day or 1200 + exercise cal. I don't have a gps watch and can't afford one so I use my iPhone. I have been using mapmyrun but I just heard about run keeper and used it today for intervals and I liked it a lot! What do y'all use? What do you love/hate about it?

Chaffing
How do you prevent it? Treat it? I got my first chaf last sat at my mud run but today by the end of mile five I was ready to rip my bra off! I still have another mile to go today (hubby had to head to work and kids are too little to be home alone) help! I have to Go to the running store later So that's not an issue!
