For 55 days I have
Ate more
Run every day either running or playing tag
Lifted weights 5 days a week (or done calistetics)
Kept my house cleaner
Lost a muffin top
I am now my pre-preggo weight from my 3rd babe
I have been a member since 2/2012 but I have logged in for 55 days in those 55 days I have gone from 142 to 135 I'm not done but I upped my calories to 1800 for pre 10k training and I feel great!
