Losing weight not working...measurements?

I'm almost back up to my starting weight (142 I am 141.8 today) I have given up on reaching 120. It's not happening, I have lost inches like what though- about 12 inches total off my bust, waist and hips. I feel like I should go based on measurements instead of weight but what measurements?! I don't know what y ideal measurements are. I'm 5'2 and hour glass if that helps

Measurements are more important than the scale, especially if your lean muscle mass is changing. I'm 5'2 at 118 pounds trying to tone up. 12 inches is a pretty big achievement and you shouldn't let the scale demotivate you.
I think there is a thread on mfp detailing peoples measurements at 5'2 but this of course is very individual.0
