I want to know what supplements you take! What are the pros and cons?
I am a lifestyle blogger and was brought on to a campaign for x2 performance and the hubby will be using it for his tough mudder training, has anyone tried it? Here's the link http://bit.ly/1dXNY4H

I use GreensPlus, because I don't eat vegetables, and I also take fish oil. My only other supplement is delicious food.

Supplements: high quality dark chocolate, red wine, calcium + Vit. D (just cause I'm old and have osteopenia).

I take citrical calcium, if I fall short on that micro.

I eat quest bars or drink a protein shake if I run out of meat.

I take krill oil if I don't eat fish for breakfast.

I take a liquid vitamin packed with vitamin A & C if I don't get enough of either.

    I also take a probiotic.

Not sure if any of this works, but I just had a physical and my blood work passed with flying colors. :drinker:

Red wine and dark chocolate are definitely included in my medication cabinet too - they stop me from oxidising haha

I have to take supplements a few times a week, I've got chronic low levels of B vitamins, D, K, and Iron. For me, those vitamins don't seem to be absorbed as well with diet alone.

However, taking a supplement everyday at my age is just asking for expensive pee.

    Con-crete creatine
    C4 pre-workout
    GNC Wheybolic Protein
    High T test booster

This stack works well for me. I really take it for recovery purposes. Only reason I take the test booster is b/c I'm cutting and want to maintain as much muscle as possible. Also because of the diet my fat intake is limited and that's what testosterone is made of so I want to make sure my test levels stay as high as possible.
