My mill is stuck at a 1.5 incline and it's harder than running outside, I tend to prefer dark runs outside. Well any runs outside but if your mill gets stuck at that incline you will learn to run in challenging circumstances. I live in Colorado do my life is pretty much on an incline any way

My friend has run 1/2 and full marathons it's my first 1/2 and full I run 10 miles on Saturdays (about 25 a week) so it would be with training. My other friend is an outstanding athlete (Olympic cyclist)

That sounds hideous. I would do bodyrock or Zwow for hiit (I do Zwow) and interval training to run. Keep em separate :) I run 16 min run 15 sec walk, and do hiit (don't start there for running start at 30 sec run/30 sec walk) both rock but I think they should be separate way more fun that way!

My sister in law has this problem too, she's half black and her gains are crazy. I have seen it a Lot with pretty much everyone but white chicks- gains are big and noticeable I would droP weight and add reps.

Your legs may not thin out like you want. Just be warned! I run a lot (25 miles/week) and I have 15 inch calves and 21.5 (23 when flexed) thighs. Very little fat but big

I'm a runner so cardio is a huge part of my workout but it's not my whole workout, I do Zwow which is a hiit and depending on what length (12-40 min) I finish the rest of the hour with heavy weights. No, jogging I had 19 inch thighs and 11.6 in calves. I run 20+ miles a week and I have 22 inch thighs and 14.5 inch calves now. Profile if my calf looking down at it
