Monday through Friday I don't run on Thursday and dont work out on the weekends but do a 10-14 mile long run on Saturdays

I have a pit bull, should I feed her to them cus that's all she's good for she's not scary or super big. I got mase although a couple weeks ago they were hiding beneath my truck :yikes: I've seen one sense and it didn't bother me a touch

I only run outside. My keys are on a keychain on y refuel pack to jingle and keep coyotes at bay. I love to run outside.

That makes more sense, I was reported for attacking you :headscratch: I had googled it the basics I saw were 300-650 cal a day not as a basis but a whole which is soo unhealthy but 1300 a day is a good amount :)

I can run easily 9 miles buuuut I'm still not ready for a half. I am sure I could run 13.1 miles no prob, but my body isn't ready, my psyche isnt ready. I think you should train more, I always vote for over training

I think if your total weekly miles for a half is 21.5 I think you may be under training I run 21-25 miles a week in prep for a 10k I can't imagine that for a half! Unless I miss read and you run 7 miles per short run

Way too much I would do 15k one day 5k the next at most. If your total week day run equals 9 miles that means Max your week is 21.5 miles thats low for that type of distance in a weekend, like more than you do in a week! I run 21-25 miles a weeks and I couldnt do that!!

I started slow and hilly is an understandment. Lol I live in the Colorado. I started with 30 sec run 30 sc walk for a week and increased every week from there I now run 6 min walk 15 sec. You can do it

What's your goal? I can run a single mile in 8:34 I can run 7 miles at 11:29 per mile So for one mile 8:30 for a lot of miles in a row just aim for distance and time will come I'm 5'3

If you don't like cardio but concentrate on it. I run 20+ miles a week and I love it but I have been running (albeit not this much) for a year and didn't lose anything until I added weights and when I had my first I lost all my weight with weight lifting. I run because I love it! Not because I want to lose weight

I ran with a tummy ache yesterday evening I hated every second it sucked but I finished (with slower times than normal by almost 45 seconds per mile) but ifinished and I'm glad I did
