30 day shred is a work out from Jillian Micheals.. the crazy work out lady. She scares the bejesus out of me, honestly. But in the end I feel stronger every day I work out. :) I'm adding you all. Look out for my random responses as you update your success... or failures. lol

I have had body issues all my life. I didnt even appreciate how small I was until after my first child. Now I yearn for those days. I'll happily add you, and keep up with encouraging you as best as I can. :) Good luck.

I'm in a bit of a pickle. My gym doesnt have daycare for my munchkins, so i'm trying to go early in the morning before my husband goes to work. Thier classes dont start that early.
