It is already in your specs, that is probably for someone that does it as a hobby. I am a waitress so mine is set high too. I don't log 7 hours of walking. Only log the cardio you do outside of work. I hope this helps, Good luck!

I don't know about where you are going but maybe you can order off the menu, some buffets have that and then you only eat what you ordered and can't make the numerous trips and be tempt or overwhelmed.

Agreed I love the WWI Just Dance for Kids, I do it with my 8 yr old and we have a blast while we work up a sweat.
