New Member Question about adding Carpentry to workouts?

Hello all! I'm new here, my names Henry. I am a carpenter, so i set my activity level to very Active. (giving me about 2300 calories a day) Now under Cardiovascular i seen an option for Carpentry. For today i selected it from the times i worked, and it says i burned Approx 1400 Calories. Should i add this to my log, Or is it already specked in for setting my life style to very active? My friends claim i am trying to cheat to have an excuse to eat more, but i am still coming in way under my calorie goals.

It is already in your specs, that is probably for someone that does it as a hobby. I am a waitress so mine is set high too.
I don't log 7 hours of walking. Only log the cardio you do outside of work. I hope this helps, Good luck!0 -
