My quiche is 7 egg whites, 3 whole eggs I mix that and pour into a 12 hole muffin tin.....then the fun part I add whatever I like shredded cooked chicken breast, tomato, mushroom, veggies. Anything that tickles your fancy!

This is where portion sizes come into play big time!!! And what is a normal portion size? And how you train your body to feel full on normal portion sizes! Being able to consume huge amounts of food and not feeling full is another big part of the puzzle that needs to be corrected!

That's what I call incidental exercise you don't log it! It's like if you go to visit a friend and there unit block doesn't have a lift and you have to walk up the stairs you don't log that, or if you have a tummy ache and need to run to the toilet 10 times you don't log the extra toilet runs lol
