"Light" beer is low alcohol not low calories lol I say if it's only once in a while drink whatever you want pfffft one night ain't going to turn you into a blimp!!! It's a matter of choice!!! The you burn more fat doing fasted cardio is just woo!! I always eat because I tried on an empty stomach....after 30min......I hit the wall....literally lol I fainted :wink:

Egg yolks=high cholesterol is wrong!!! Egg yolks help lower cholesterol!! I really am thinking about forgetting weights and just waiting till holidays are over....I'm stressing myself out thinking about it!! I do that but I don't class it as planned exercise...I jump on the trampoline, ride motorbikes, push bike ride, build dams in the creek.....I think that's why I run out of hours! I hate telling the kids to go away I like playing with them

What I did after my initial mistakes is had a list of foods I loved and recipes I loved on the fridge with the macro break down.....so breakfast say one day I'd have 400 cals most from carbs I'd look at the frigde and easily see what fit and whatever took my fancy I'd grab or make.....same for lunch etc I never just ate…

I second this toes going over knees is natural!! I too am tall with long legs and never feel the burn in my butt.....but that doesn't mean it isn't working!! I find adding some plyometrics to the end of my leg day helps to get soreness in those glutes the following day!
