I'm thinking daily due to the fact that my weekly weigh ins some weeks I'm up 1kg then the next I'm down 1.5kg (I hold water bad) I'm hoping daily weigh ins might even out these fluctuations on my weekly weigh ins. Until I find my calorie maintenance levels anyway

How often should one weigh in when starting recomp? Atm I weigh in once a week but I've been looking at some apps that require daily weigh ins then you get a report at the end if the week that looks at all the variables and fluctuations and then some! This!!! I enjoy a beer on Wednesday nights and weekends but I'm aware of the food that I'm consuming at the same time! I also try to wait an hour after my meal before I sit and enjoy my cold beverage lol

My dogs get the separated yolks my omelettes are 2 whole eggs 4 whites....we have our own chooks and a massive surplus of eggs so I'm not stressed by it!

High 40's to low 50's on waking mine is shocking!!! That bloody alarm is my worst enemy lol on the weekends when I wake naturally I forget to check it

Only thing that changes is a small deficit in my diet, exact same foods!.....even pizza still on weekends!!

I've never done ab exercises, abs are built in the kitchen! And the actually shape and appearance is all defined by genetics.

Protein powder will only be beneficial if your protein is low, but if as you say your nutrition is great then you won't need it :) It won't build muscle for you it's only a supplement to supplement a deficiency in the diet!....that being said I use it to boost my protein intake as its a yummy convenient way of doing so!!

Ohhhh and I don't walk I'm luck to get in 2000 steps a day due to not being able to walk distances from a foot issue (waiting for operation) this has been going on 2 years! But what I can do is short (I use iPhone app) 7 min plyometrics workout each day :) works well for me! Sworkit is the one I use!

Put on music when doing your house work and dance around while you do it!! And don't be too hard on yourself you do a 40 min bike ride!!
