Agree! I was using bodybuilding.com more than MFP for advice while competing!! Lots of the pros are on there and have heaps of great info and tips to get the most out of your prep :smile:

Just do it have fun!! Find a reputable coach not one that's going to starve you then add endless hours of cardio....trust me do your research as 80% of the coaches are crap!!! Go to the free posing classes held by most federations, buy a plain bikini and bling it up yourself....but most of all have a great time doing it!!!…

My suggestion is to buy the males version!! It's says lift like a man but then changes the workouts lol so go buy the mans version then you will be in your way to a great body!!

I live in a tiny rural town, we have no gym and I live out bush anyways! Everything I have done has been at home! I do have a small gym set up in my shed (very basic) and do short cardio intervals off an app on my phone

I have more muscle now that I'm not doing strong lifts!!! When I was doing strong lifts and I mean lifts double what I can do now I had less muscle size......ill let you figure that one out lol

The one I use is different everyday, but mine is plyometrics so it's all jumping around.....literally lol frog jumps are great fun :smiley: kids think so as well! It's called Sworkit

I'm happy with my weight BUT I'm not finished my goal is to stay at his weight but change my composition :smile: drop fat and add muscle but still stay at the same weight!
