get a heart rate monitor. It will calculate calories burned during exercise. Ever since I got mine, I began to do jumping jacks in between my strength training sets, so as to increase my heart rate. Best investment I made this year!

Me too. I love red wine. I try to work it into my calories. Perhaps my weightloss goes slwer that it would otherwise, but at the same time my life is more pleasant!

I do not see a problem. If you are not hungry, do not eat! You lost 15 pounds eating that way, and you will soon be at your goal weight! Enjoy your life.

I did a total of 150 today. At first it was kinda difficult so i did 10, then 20 after a break, then again 10 and 20. And then I went to zumba, and got my heart rate up. And I decided to do 100 jumping jacks without a break. I started with my heart rate at 95, and ended at my heart rate at 145. It took me 2 min 15 sec.…

So in Thailand, did you have all those wonderful Thai curries and soups with coconut milk? I love the taste but try to avoid them because of the calories. But maybe it is just the American way of cooking Thai food?

I did walk a lot. On the other hand, i did not go to the gym! At home, i go to the gym 6 days a week, sometimes both at lunch and after work.

It seems to me that my hot flashes became more tolerable when I started to exercise more. With physical exersion, you sweat anyway. So I embrace my sweating sessions in the gym, and the occasional hormonal sweating has become more ok...
