I eat Trader Joe's oat bran. it is about 140 cal per portion. I sometimes add some coconut milk (canned, which is thicker). That makes it incredibly tasty and flavorful, but doubles the calories. Either way, it is very filling.

I went on a 3 day water fast, starting the day before Thanksgiving, ending today. Lost 3.6 pounds so far. Feel much better than after the usual Thanksgiving overeating. Sent the hubby off to a Thanksgiving party away from home. Think I should do it every year!!!

Well, it is a big nuisance to have to count calories and log what I eat, but when I stop counting and logging, I gain weight. So, better obsess about calories, than to be overweight and unhappy.
