I go to this class which is called "Boxing and kickboxing". I wanted to log the calories. So I went to the exercise tab and typed "kickboxing" - it found " judo, karate, kickboxing and smth else" and counted 685 calories for me. Which is quite a lot. I love to work out, but it is difficult for me to control my calorie intake. I love good food. And wine. In the past, I was able to lose weight by skipping dinner for a month or two. But in the last 6 months I put on 10 pounds. I hope this site will help me.
