Mexican Cheese Requeson (?) - calories?

Hi I recently started buying Requeson (not sure if I am spelling it right) at the Mi Pueblo grocery store. It looks like very dry kind of cottage cheese, or something bretween that and quesa fresca. It is delicious. It tastes like the Russian tvorog cheese. I think it is preetty low fat, but I don't know for sure. They sell it by weight, so I cannot look up the nutricion data on the package.
Does anybody know the nutritional content? Also, how many calories per cup or per ounce?
